The minimum we ask for: coordinated existing and proposed drawings (plans, elevations, sections), a written specification, structural engineer’s drawings and notes, any planning conditions, and a clear scope-of-works summary noting exclusions.

What dramatically improves quote quality on top of that: a finishes schedule, a window and door schedule, an M&E intent narrative even if not fully designed, and access information for the site.
