Why use us
If you are after a range of drawings for Planning or Building Regulation approval then we would recommend enlisting an architect to undertake this. However, generally architects would not get involved in smaller projects such as extensions under permitted development rights, garage conversions, porches, kitchen refurbishments, bathroom remodelling and interior layout changes.
This means the onus is on you as the client to make decisions potentially outside your capabilities. Most people would enlist a builder or contractor to assist with feasibility and design. But their proposals may not necessarily be in the client’s best interests.
SpeciBuild are completely impartial but have the key knowledge of what is required for your project.
