SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure) is the methodology used to demonstrate Building Regulations compliance for energy performance. It is required for new builds and substantial extensions. The assessor needs evidence the building has been built as designed.

Build warranties (NHBC, Premier Guarantee, BLP, etc.) are insurance-backed product warranties on the structure of new builds. Required for mortgageability on most new homes. The warranty provider inspects through the build and reviews documentation at sign-off.

We collate geo-located photographs and relevant documentation through the build to support both. It saves a scramble at completion.
