Mornings: site visits. Walking projects, photographing details, talking to contractors and clients, picking up the inputs the take-off needs. Around 70% of our days have at least one site visit somewhere across Devon and North Cornwall.

Afternoons: take-offs, valuations, variation orders, cost plans, written reports, client emails. The desk work that produces the documents that do the talking on the project.

Friday afternoons: the project review meetings that catch up the week and tee up the next one. The job is more variable than people expect. It’s also more enjoyable.
