This contemporary 4 bed new build was built on behalf of a self build client. The project incorporated a range of modern features, including; Air Source Heat Pump, Solar Panels, Under Floor Heating, structural glazing, glazed and oak staircase and extensive works associated with drainage connections.

• SpeciBuild undertook the initial pricing using architectural drawings and a specification provided by the client. We worked with the client to finalise a finishes specification and provided advice and guidance on the best methods vs affordability throughout this process. During the construction stage we supported the Principal contractor with valuations and invoicing, along with collating evidence for SAP report purposes and Build Warranty sign-off.
