Tricky project to manage due to being over 5 floors. We worked on the initial design and layout and issued tender packs to principal contractors. We then undertook value engineering and aligned with budgets to enable contracts to be issued. We worked closely with the client to maximise storage and useable space to enable higher rental returns for rooms.
