This project had been started prior to site acquisition so the pricing side of things was trickier than usual. The project included adapting existing work to provide upside down accommodation, encompassing a welcoming and functional kitchen and utility area. The bedrooms are both ensuite and retain the character of this wonderful building with exposed cills and curved windows.

• • We undertook site visits to enable us to produce a priced Schedule of Work document, providing the property owner with a fully broken down and specified take-off document. With the client residing outside of the UK we gauged finish preferences via email and provided links with options to detail out the finishes specification to ensure that the pricing was correct at an early stage. We also assisted with on site visits for valuations and invoicing and even assisted with designing and ordering the staircase on this project.
