Pricing a Princetown project as if it were Plympton invites disappointment. Realistic weather contingencies, a sensible material delivery strategy and a contractor team that genuinely knows the moor are not optional extras. They are how the project finishes.

The view from up there makes it worth it. The estimate just has to be grown-up about the climate that view comes with.
