What we collate at handover: as-built drawings, electrical and gas certificates, FENSA or equivalent for windows, EPC, manufacturer warranties for kitchens, appliances, MVHR and heating systems, asbestos register if applicable, and a brief operating note for systems the client may not have used before.

The pack lives in a single folder, digital and printed, handed over at completion. Five years later when the client comes to sell, the folder makes the conveyancing pack effortless.

It’s an hour of admin at the end of a project that pays for itself many times over.
