Peter Backaller MCIOB — Director Having started out as a carpenter and worked up to a role as a Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor, I have over 20 years’ experience within the domestic construction sector — with a wealth of experience working on house refurbishments and alterations, listed buildings, barn conversions, extensions, loft conversions and investment properties. My passion is detail and I enjoy knowing that things are organised. That is what drove me to set up SpeciBuild: I believe this service can reduce the stress involved with domestic works for both client and contractor.
