This is a review of whether a project is possible or not. More complex projects will require a report highlighting the possible options and costings.

This will involve an initial site visit fee and then a bespoke fee for any report (if required).

We can provide cost estimate either from plans or solely from a site visit working direct with your potential client.

Estimates will provide a full breakdown of materials and labour costs in clearly set out sections and formats.

Estimates come with a tender cover letter, quote break down and separate BoQ document to assist with cost tracking and ordering etc. All documentation can be adapted to your company as we set your operative rates, profit margins and contingencies. On top of this the documents can be tailored to your company with relevant logos and details added to provide a professional finish

Along with providing financial breakdowns we can undertake programming elements, this could be as simple as just working out a timescale for a whole project or providing a step by step work programme accompanied with associated cash flow forecasts.
